  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging with tags, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Proof for Product Condition

As an extra measure to ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that you provide us with a video of opening the received parcel. This video will serve as proof of the product's condition as you received it. Please include this video along with your return request.
